Game works but the micro transactions part make it a dread to recommend to friends.
It need at least 6 or more base characters unlocked from the start for F2P, custom games with friends should have at least a base roster to try characters and have FUN.

Edit # 1 After more than a week later, Training mode has all character unlocked (like it was in the open Beta), as of today's patch. 06/06/24

Edit # 2 After a whole season, devs are starting to make improvements to events, making it easier to unlock characters (not much different from other f2p grind events, still) 27-07-24
