It's a tedious, unengaging grindfest on normal, and the dev's 'solved' that by throwing his toys out of the pram - rather than balancing stat drain, easy mode eliminates it entirely, so the game mechanics don't work.

Worst thing is - playing on the new easy mode? It's still a tedious, unengaging grindfest.

Shame, because it looked like it'd be my cup of tea.
