When he's looking out the window, he is probably day dreaming of either escaping and finding a better life for himself, or about the best ways to kill himself. -dressing it in comfortable yet fashionable clothes
-taking it to the groomers at least once a month for a fashionable new style
-ask the dog what their favourite colour is and dye it's fur of that colour
-carrying it close to you is helpful because then the dog will feel more loved.
