Without a doubt, this is the Game of the Year.

Actually a good and fun game with excellent voice acting, good music, decent not-so-predictable story, good banter between characters and gameplay which doesn't suck monkeyballs. I was also very positively surprised that game allowed player to choose different takes on dialogues which affected the outcome.

Also kudos for developer/publisher to NOT put microtransaction bullshait in to this game.
Please buy it so they make more of this kind of games.

All and all very solid game. Good gameplay, interesting world and visual style with a story that (eventually) made sense. Many have disliked the bittersweet ending but I found it very suitable for the story.

I haven't yet played the DLCs but main game left me wanting more so I'll be getting them later.

In it's genre its one of the very best.

Gameplay and visuals are mostly very good, dare I say excellent even, but the game is unnecessarily difficult especially on the boss fights and that makes it annoyingly repetitive to run to the boss, fight, die, and do that again over and over again.

It's a shame because I would love to see the story beyond the first boss but since I'm unable to get past it and I see no fun in this repetitive gameplay for me, I have to give this thumbs down.

If you like challenging games and you enjoy dying and you have endless persistence, this might the game for you.

This remake is an astonishing achievement by the Crowbar collective. Could not praise it enough.
Special mention goes to the sound engineers and also to the musicians responsive of the epic soundtrack. The audio experience in playing this remake was truly the cherry on top the cake. More than once I was awestruck by how immersive and perfect everything sounds. 10/10.

Very good game. Bit short but the spooky experience was still worth the money. Story was very well thought out and the gameplay mechanics supported it quite nicely.

Generated levels makes replayability of this game almost endless. Very good fun with friends but also very much playable as a single player. Every dwarf class has it's strengths and are refreshingly different from each other. I look forward of the new mission types that I heard are coming as an update.
