Keep in mind that you will need some patching for this game first.

AI is a bit bonkers in the sequel, the worst part of it is you can't run legally (holding shift and spamming W works though, making a macros could be useful).

Nice story, if you are interested in Hitman, you definitely should give this game a chance. Locations are varied, missions are interesting. But the stealth is not very comfortable, and disguises feel useless half the time even though they are certainly not, and in some circumstances you will actually feel like you are tricking other people with them.

Collecting weapons from various missions is a fun mechanic. If you're gonna play this game - replay for example the first mission perfectly with a guide, you'll like the reward, akimbo silenced silver ballers are fun.

Good game, but a bit too outdated and janky. If you are interested in Hitman game series, the first game is definitely worth playing.

But if you feel stuck, don't be afraid of using a guide or some videos, it took me half of the game to realise the power of the knife.


I did some patches, but in certain aspects they actually made the game worse for me. The draw distance is not supposed to be infinite, and causes performance issues in some levels. It also broke the fadeout in the ending scene. Setting a lower resolution made the UI bigger but after forcing the game to render at my native resolution - the text got broken.

Most annoying part is lack of saves. There are "checkpoints", but they don't actually load the game to an earlier state, they just respawn you, which is typically useless. So unless the mess you have gotten into is salvageble - your only option is to restart from the beginning.

Oh, and the score is amazing, especially the main theme.

One of, if not the best game of 2004, but more importantly - it really is an amazing game. And it is still a great single player game even today.

The best VR gun sandbox

Yikes, the monetization...

Warframe has found a perfect balance, and NEXON copied everything only to then jump right into the ♥♥♥♥ pit of microtransactions.

That was disappointing...

Nothing makes sense if you think about anything for longer than 5 seconds.

Story is just unbelievable
Role-playing aspect of this role playing game is a joke, everything was oversimplified to a point, that it pretty much broke the game's design
World rules are inconsistent
Writing is immersion breaking
Retcons to make something new, something cool and fun, only to break and ruin everything as a result
And of course little to no care for the franchise from the lead writer

It is a mediocre game unfortunately.
Shooting is okay, and objectively it is an improvement over Fallout 3.
Building is a cool addition, but it's a bit too raw
Crafting and upgrading are undercooked, but can be enjoyable
Looting junk for building and crafting will get boring eventually though, feel free to cheat a little
Guns are... Lets say they could be better

Gameplay-wise, either play this for mods only (can't imagine what mods might interest you to buy it), or just go play Fallout 76 instead while it's still available to play, it is an improvement in all aspects, just has less quests. Not like you're gonna take F76 more seriously than F4 anyway.

But, if you want an actually good RPG in Fallout series - just play the New Vegas already.

Can't wait for the Remastered Collection 2 to come out
