The first and probably only time I'll ever say this about a game
This is way funner in singleplayer than it is in multiplayer.
No shared bag like in singleplayer leads to a lot of waiting around..
Only one master key
Can't give friends lockpicks or other tools
Can't heal friends with your own bagged items
Constant need to trade supplies so that we don't split the resources and never manage to repair anything.

Singleplayer was fun because it was challenging and even by the second to last zone I could never tell if I'd make it to the end or have everything go wrong.
I still recommend it for a singleplayer experience; especially when it's 90% off. I enjoyed unlocking new characters and finding the different endings.

This game has Choices Matter/Multiple Endings *big time* and it's honestly impressive with how many variations you can experience. It actually goes beyond just the Good, Neutral, Bad Endings in that you can get different enemy themes like spider invasion, cyclops attack, The Butcher, zombie, scarecrow, multiple crow monsters chasing you, etc.
(You'll see what I mean if you achievement hunt.) But, something as simple as picking up one seemingly meaningless item on the ground can completely change your outcome or at least the manner in which you achieve the outcome -- like the butterfly effect.
I thoroughly enjoyed the game & hey, it's currently 90% off!

I loved it
Nabbed it on sale for $3 and it was well worth the price.
The voice acting surprised me with how good it was and the storyline was intriguing the whole way thru.
I've never experienced Agatha Christie's writings before & this one has definitely earned my praise
