A drunkard attempted to mug me, so I ran into the nearby burger joint to call the cops. When they arrived, them and the staff all promptly pulled out pistols and shot me to death.

Extremely fun Co-op Action Shooter. I personally found the controls to be solid, and the cool co-op moments when you combo with your teammate genuinely feel awesome, and I really loved some of the action set pieces. However, this game lacks a lot of the core of Resident Evil. The game isn't really 'horror', for starters. Inventory management is incredibly streamlined, where guns don't take up space. No fumbling around or playing Tetris to optimize your loadout. There are also basically zero puzzles. I think there may have been one in the Ada campaign, but it barely counted.

Don't play alone. However, if you're looking for some dumb fun co-op action, consider picking this up on sale.
