I was intimidated to try this game as I have always been daunted by the Warhammer Universe. That said, as a Gears of War fan I am glad I tried it. Seeing the swarms of Tyranids in the seen backgrounds had me reminiscing to Locust swarms over Jacinto. Gameplay is more of a cross between DOOM and Gears of War, which provides a great sense of power. Getting in to the thick of combat and pulling off executions keeps your guard up and helps restore lost health, really rewarding aggressive play. I'm on controller and aiming feels snappy and tight with guns looking and feeling powerful. There is a great interplay between the guns and the melee, and so far I find myself using and enjoying both forms of combat. Ultimately, if you are a Gears fan looking for something to scratch the itch, I highly recommend this. Even if you aren't a Warhammer fan I wouldn't let it intimidate you from trying this game.

This game grants extreme player freedom, allowing for a load of variation. In fact one of my biggest gripes is the Character limit of 10, as there are certainly more than just 10 ways to experience the game. Truly the most accessible and universally appealing Souls-like game. I can't recommend Elden Ring enough.

I am only very vaguely familiar with DnD however that does not impact my enjoyment of the game. The original Baldurs Gate was made by Bioware and it is clear that Larian has taken influence. The dialogue and storytelling are equal to the best of Bioware while also delivering an expansive and totally free experience. I am nowhere near done with the game but it is excellent so far. If you like RPG's, this is for you.

This game was developed by fans who love the type of game that this aspires to be. A little less casual than battlefield, however still easy to pick up after a few games. No SBMM means I have a variety in my gameplay, sometimes dominating, sometimes getting stomped, and on occasion a very compelling and competitive match. Has loads of content right now and progression is streamlined. Community is welcoming and fun for the most part. It's not perfect or a gritty experience, it's just fun. I highly recommend if you enjoy older battlefields, particularly 3 and especially 4.

It's Free Halo, not the best Halo, but certainly not the worst. Definitely worth the price of $0.

This game is great to play because it feels great to play. It feels extremely responsive and the weapon feedback is very gratifying. The game is difficult but certainly something you can get used to. Additionally the loot in this game is highlight having many modifiers and variations to keep you coming back. My only gripe with this game is most classes inability to trade the pistol for a better weapon later into the run. Otherwise this is a phenomenal game that is worth giving a try.

I recently saw this game while browsing steam and it immediately caught my attention. Now I have always felt there was something missing from most block building games, that being the ability to create my own moving vehicles of any scale. Starmade ,on the other hand, alleviates that need by giving a very massive and complex building system. It can be confusing at times and navigating the galaxy map can be a chore, but overall I highly recommend this game. That's why I give it an 8/10.

p.s. If you are considering picking up No Man's Sky, take a look at this first. It has way more features for just a quarter the price and without as many bugs.

Dota 2 is a beautifully crafted, yet an infuriatingly difficult to learn, multiplayer experience. The strenghs of this title is through it's near limitless match possibilities. Although a bit toxic at times, the community is generally a very helpful and kind one, thus making the multiplayer something anyone should try! If you can get past the learning curve and see what the game really is, you'll find Dota 2 is addicting and enjoyable. That is why I give Dota 2 a 9/10!
