best game to sink your life into

I cannot recommend this game enough, its like a dark satire of sesame street using the resident evil formula. Great puzzles and very detailed gameplay, the aspect I enjoyed the most is definitely how immersive I got, thanks to its excellent sound design, lightning effects and superb voice acting. Not to mention the surpringly in-depth story and the different endings, I´d recomment trying to go for the True Ending which is very rewarding.

If you like horror games or not, you´ll still enjoy this. Easily my favorite indie game of this year.

Dont bother, since they joined Epic they're no longer indie devs that deserve financial support or advocacy. Cant trust on a game company that's supposedly giving players "more options" by taking things away.

ps. say goodbye to workshop mods and possibly future game support.

This game honestly makes me feel like a kid again.
Bringing old nostalgic games like Chrono Trigger and Legend of Zelda ALTTP, but with fresh modern mechanics that just makes it even better. Perfectly playable with both Mouse/Keyboard and Controller.
Well worth your money if you're into that sort of thing.

I betrayed my friend 10/10

I've been following this game pretty much since the beggining when I got a Closed Alpha Key, I've seen this game evolve into something fantastic that keep me hooked every single day. This is truly the best WW2 FPS game I've ever played, It plays different compared to Insurgency, its a bit more fast and chaotic, while still being strategic. Some of you may think this is just a reskinned Insurgency (or the same DoI mod) but that's completely wrong, some of the most noticeable features are:

• Artillery Strikes, they can completely turn the tide of the battle if used properly.
  
• Ranking Unlock System, start your journey as a private and reach the top while unlocking special cosmetics!
  
• Factions, battle your way to victory as the U.S Army, The british Commonwealth and the German Werhmacht.
  
• Fantastic Maps, Play on the beautiful (yet, chaotic) beaches of Sicily and Normandy, get nostalgic with overhauled DoD classic maps like Avalanche (Salerno) and Thunder (Saint Lo).
  
• Units system, A lot of countries and different Battalions fought in the Western Front of WWII, so why not give them their proper tribute? Shoot your enemies as Canadian and Sikh for the Commonwealth, The Buffalo Soldiers and Airborne Divisions for the US Army and the SS for the Germans. and much more!
  
• Powerful Weapons, roast your enemies with Flamethrowers, Blow them up with several Launchers/Explosives, Rain hell above your enemies with Powerful Machineguns, and of course, use all time classic weapons like Thompson, mp40 and Lee-Enfield.
  
• Teamwork, in this game Victory lies on Teamwork, The officer and a couple of radios can team to cause some destructions on the objective, the game rewards you if you help to capture the objective with some supply points to improve your character/weapons.
  
• Dismemberment, get ready to for some gory action, because you're about to see some limbs flying and blood splattering. If you're not into that, dont worry, there's an option to turn it off
  
• Community, this is probably the most important feature of all, Community make a game even more enjoyable, and let me tell you, this is, by far, The Best Community I've been part with It was such a pleasure to be part of it, in the last 9 months, The devs are always listening and I've met a lot of new people.

Conclusion: I really suggest you try this game, if you enjoy Insurgency and/or DoD, you're gonna have a great time with this.
