The game isn't well optimized. I reach about 11GB of RAM and 2988MB of my HD 7970 GHz's VRAM when on high.
This causes a lot (seriously like 4-5 sec) of stuttering. Turning textures down to medium fixes the stuttering mostly.

I also get a lot of distortion of sound. The sound goes slower, echo, and when someone talks it sound's like a robot.

The overall performance isn't that bad, I get 30-60FPS depending on location. It just suffers from some seriously memory leakage.

For now I don't suggest you buy it. The gameplay is great and the story looks ok from what i've played but it's nothing worth the hassle.

In total I have played about 5 minutes, and I think that is more than this game deserves.
It's a very boring, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ copycat of Infestation/WarZ, trying to profit off of Minecraft with a bad copy of the graphics style. There's nothing more to it! And I even liked Infestation... Besides, I'm getting 25Fps on a 7970 w/ Xeon E3-1230v3(4770 without integraded graphics).
Really, even if you have 6TB of free space available on your HDD and atomic freaking internet speed, it's not worth it.
I don't care if it is in early acces. Just because it's in early acces, doesn't mean it's ok for it to be total garbage.
