I understand the reason behind most of the changes is money, and as a Free 2 Play game it needs to make money somewhere but instead of relying on better cosmetics and an improved pass system they have shifted to putting a paywall infront of progress.

The only reason weapon XP exists and Aetherite as well as options to level weapons is because they can slow the XP gains to put a grind on Free players making people wanna buy the Aetherite Crystals from the store to reach max level.

The huntpass now has to be purchased each season as there is no longer plat drops from the pass

Weapons themselves need to be purchased from the store and same again the token grind is so bad that it makes people want to buy the tokens from the store.

These elements and more have forced me into beleive despite it being repeated by the devs over and over that they are listening to Player feedback the truth is they are not.

There is not a single player that would have asked for any of the changes that have been implemented.

Now dont get me wrong I will still play to see what direction this takes but im guessing its downhill.

I just wish along side this we got a massive amount of new content, new modes, new weapons aka BOW!!!!!

I have left a positive review on the base game but im coming here because I dont know where else to take my issues with the PS5 version of this game.

I was looking forward to the console release of this on PS5 because its one of my fav PC games however much to my disappointment the game is no where near as good on PS5.

its buggy and limited, it was not even released in the same state as the current PC version was upon its release. But I thought i would give them some time.

Ive waiting months now and there has been little to no improvement, the DLC is still not there and the Multi-Player...... O boi the Multi-Player DOES NOT WORK. WTF!!!!!! Why on earth did they not think to get the Multi-Player working properly.

Ive never had issues on PC but now unless im on the same network as my friends the multiplayer does not work. I believe its P2P?? not sure but other P2P games work so what the hell is up with that. Ive seen other complaints online about the same things

I love this game the art style and the combat but i cant recommend this game because the multiplayer which should be the best aspect works like crap, not matter how much I try multiplayer games always crash randomly

Positive review of the game so far, only played for 1 hour. Love the combat

After playing the game for a little longer still havent reached max level but coming back to it every so often to avoid the grind. I still really enjoy the game and what it has to offer and still in love with the gathering side of things. The quest chain seems to die down but it seems there is other stuff to keep me occupied .

This is an awesome game with so much content, great focus on late game and there is so many things to collect and hidden components to the game enough for many many hours of game play.

Great game to play even better multiplayer would def recommend to anyone looking for a survival game where you get to explore caves in the dark :S

This is an amazing a relaxing game i love walking around exploring the vast map and although the audio is not as realistic as i would like its not bad, when I came across a deer for the first time i was so excited i missed, to keen to get a shot off since then i have taken my time and got some cool hunts in.

Great game would def recommend to people who want a fun fast paced game thats platform a great take on the classic worms games
