Fixes, re-balancing, de-nerfing, and technical fixes have made the game playable, and enjoyable again.

I love this instalment of the Fallout series. It's made even better by the expansions.

What should be a good game is completely ruined by a catastrophic savegame bug. Played for 50 hours, and my save just randomly disappeared. Uninstalling, and leaving this one in the bin. Complete waste of my time.

This game is the most original co-op horror survival game I've played to date. The atmosphere is tense, the story and acting are strong, and the game play are complex without having an intimidating learning curve. I highly recommend it.

The story in this game is super thin, gut the gameplay is fantastic. I highly recommended this game for those who want to just shut down the brain for a while and twitch to a game with a fabulous soundtrack.

I don't see the point of this game, beyond grind and die. If there was actual game play of some kind or effective delivery of a story I might have stuck with it, but it just plays like a pay-to-win mobile game without the pay, and without the win.

Can someone tell me how they were able to have fun with it? It's paid for, so I'd like to have fun playing it, if it's possible.

**Edit**: Thanks to the people who've commented, I've altered the way I look at the game, and now I plan to stick with it. It still doesn't convey narrative as well as other games, but it does have the advantage of being able to walk away from the keyboard at any time without disrupting the flow of the experience. Handy when cooking, or enjoying snacks when playing.

This is the best virtual tabletop software I've ever used. I highly recommend it.
