It's an very easy, watered down RTS. I love the artstyle but the game lacks depth for my taste.

I am glad that I tried it before buying it.

I love this game,

you can do a lot of things with the stock game already. That includes: Building amazing crafts to fly to different planets, learn physics, understand how rockets work, understand aerospace..

What you do is pretty much the same a real space agency would do, with a lot less variables. But you get to see almost everything!

And if there is something missing, the modding community is simply fantastic. You can mod this game so much that you can fight wars on different planets, fight other jets in a dogfight (with real weapons), build huge space stations, warp drives etc.

I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed this game - what an masterpiece!

TLDR:

New lootboxes in new system are gambling and focus on abusive and predatory business practices, inflation of prices and the abuse of customers.

Gaijin should remove this new system.

Customers can fight back by not supporting bad business practices like that.

Is this game good? Well it depends what you are looking for..

This game feels pretty much cobbled together, a lot of quests are not working properly and you pretty much need to look up everything in an wiki to actually progress..

When you follow the quest you are given a few options to handle things, if you chose the wrong option - you are dead. Easy as that. Then you can grind all your gear again and start over.

The map is not really procedurally generated, it has the feel to it but the landmarks are at the same spot all the time.

I encountered many quests that I just didn't get (and didn't work properly due to bad scripting), it did not explain anything to me and if you do a single mistake your save is garbage.

This game doesn't hold your hand, it will throw you into a world without even telling you how to survive temperature. There are a lot of random stuff you would never figure out like to use the "trapping" skill with the "dogmans" body will make a coat? This is not only silly but who would even try that?

After about dying ~10 Times you will get the hang of the basic system of the game - use everything at your disposal to stay away from the dogmans. After this the game is pretty much done if you are careful enough.



I can't really recommend it, it's not pretty, its very niche and it's novelty wears down after some time.. I spent a lot of time with it because I just wanted to figure out if there is more to it (which there is not sadly). Is it worth the steep price-tag? No.. I played better games for less money.

Though you notice this is a labor of love, so many details, nice thought-out systems and small things that make you smile. But be prepared to lose everything over and over again and not like in Dark souls where a narrative is driving you - or at least there is something of meaning behind it, no.. It will just kill you and you have to start over and hope for good loot.. Otherwise you can start again. This is a typcial wiki game.

I am not a big fan of this game, I was expecting it to be like Supreme Commander : Forged Alliance but actually it is very similiar but watered down.

The planets are strange to get used to, I prefer 2d maps not those Dragonball Z like planets that make no sense (how do they have enough gravity pull for the units?).

The price is too high for what you get.. I actually prefer the old Supreme Commander over this.

I don't have fun with this at all.. really sad though

Game crashes constantly, is no fun, awful controls.. really cant recommend it

Not really stoked.. I dislike the game mechanics - it feels pretty grindy and It's just not what I expected in an managment game.. You just micro manage everything over and over again (without useful tools to, it's literary clicking the same things over and over again) also you dont have a lot of freedom in your decisions.

Most certainly too expensive for what it offers.

It has a long way to go but I so hope it will be the game it deserves to be.

has the potential to be become a really fun game, I like it so far!

A lil bit glitchy here and there and the late game is missing right now - but worth your time!
