I quit a few seasons ago as quality of life fixes are constantly missing from new releases. I'd like to not have to hide most of the gear loot, as it's so redundant, and also not have to click on 1000 tiny individual currency drops.
I'll start playing again when I don't need to install 20 external applications to manage basic game functionality or rely on crappy trade sites and APIs to handle trade interactions.
None of this will be fixed for POE2 so I'll likely have to continue avoiding future incarnations of this game.

The developers seem to be falling into that classic trap of 'new = better' which only gets you so far before the underpinning infrastructure creaks and starts delivering a ♥♥♥♥♥ experience. POE has been delivering a ♥♥♥♥♥ experience for years now, literal years, and they never even attempt to smooth some of the cracks over.

You know what's fun? Playing with a group through multiple levels to reach the finale and the game freezes and disconnects you.
Your reward?
Nothing, no xp, no loot, nothing.
Good game.

First game in a while where it's been worth taking screenshots.
Would say the side scrolling thriller isn't the most fun game style for me but didn't really even notice myself playing this for a few hours. Was decent throughout.

The only positive thing to come out of 2020.

Every decent game has a rough launch these days, it's expected. For people review bombing, you lot need to sort out your priorities.
I for one managed to get a few rounds in and was laughing my arse off at one of the new levels as I got yeeted across the map. 10/10 would get yeeted again.

How I wish this was as responsive and fun as Smash. It really isn't.
Controls feel sluggish, hits inaccurate. Just feels bad to play honestly.

Just a genuinely fun game which is honestly a rarity these days.
The story is entertaining, just the right amount of humour and emotion. You care about the characters more than you would about most film characters.
Thought the game was that good that I'll go and buy it's predecessor.

A great reminder of playing Symphony of the Night on GBA. Love the game.

If you forfeit against a team you should not face them again immediately after. This is a massive design flaw.
Community in general is the most toxic I've seen in years.

Keyboard controls steadily worse as the franchise goes on. Can't move the map with your mouse, have to use WASD. Absolute pain in the arse.
