Is ok (i just smoked some frogs)

In my grandfather's early ages, he picked up smoking and managed to live to the age of 68. When i was younger, i could remember my mother conversing with him...Telling him that if he didn't quit smoking, he wouldn't see me graduate from High School. 2 years later, my grandfather died from terminal lung cancer. After that, i promised my mother that i would never touch a cigarette in my life. Now i regret doing so, because of playing 1,000+ hours of TF2 gave me cancer anyways
