Saying this chapter is (one of) the worst in the game is absolutely wild to me.
#1: Survivors are the highest effort original survivors released from BHVR, quality is on par with the 2nd Resident Evil survivors (in terms of design - custom lobby music, voicelines, etc.) and they have great perks. And I'll personally start maining Renato. 10/10.

#2: Chapter didn't come with a map, but that's probably for the better as the last few original maps (Eyrie, Garden of Joy and original Shattered Square) were/are very unbalanced and straight out unfun. The map reworks that this chapter came with, however, are amazing. 8/10 only because its not a new map and Red Forest isn't any smaller than the original version.

#3: Killer is underwhelming, I will admit. Boring design, boring power and to top it all off, she's only good with a certain boring play style. But I'm still hopeful, that with the right tweaks, she could be a great killer for people who like M1 killers. 3/10 at the moment, but could easily become 6/10 or higher with the right buffs.

Best of all, unlike the Knight chapter, the Twins chapter, the first RE chapter and others, this chapter release didn't have game breaking bugs and it included a long awaited Eruption nerf. This chapter isn't the best, sure, but it's far from the worst.

No clue what the thought process behind this chapter was, but:

1. The map is garbage and a missed opportunity. An actual castle map would have been far better. The color scheme makes it extremely difficult to see red auras and scratch marks even for someone who isn't colorblind.

2. The survivor feels like a complete cash grab, receiving a crap ton of cosmetics on launch 2 of which were shirtless cosmetics. The perks from my experience are also useless for the most part.

3. The killer, I don't even know where to begin. It's just another boring anti loop killer with no counterplay, except he's even worse than Artist as he's not only anti loop but extremely buggy too. His perks are, apart from Nowhere to Hide, nearly completely useless.

Fun game, but sadly it's abandonware and not worth your money.
Game has 0 support or updates from the developers anywhere including their official Discord server, which is flooded with nudity, racism, sexual harrasment and worse.
Game is most likely never getting another update.
Public lobbies are either filled with hackers or completely empty.
Forgot to mention, half of the achievements don't work.
And the game has a lot of bugs too.
Oh, and good luck even running the game, every fifth person to join their Discord server says they can't launch the game, and of course, the developers don't respond or fix the issue (their #known-issues channel is also completely useless as according to everyone who has tried them, none worked at all).

He came... 10/10 would recommend.

Game is pretty scary and fun. Lacks some features and for sure has some bugs, but considering the price of the game and the frequent updates, I would definitely recommend it.

Very fun and scary game, especially with friends. Updates are very frequent, developers are very responsive and helpful.

One of the best games I've ever played. Even more fun when playing with friends.
The fact that you can play this game on VR too makes it even better.
