the first half hour of gameplay is spent trying to setup your account then coming to terms with the fact that if you're f2p you get a 10th of the game while constantly being reminded of what you can't access

10/10 truly a modern experience for a relic of a game

I honestly don't even know what I'm missing, just about everything is maxed, there's no upgrades left but there's 4 achievements I haven't gotten yet, the game felt super polished but the end is pure jank

it's a 6v6 team game with no role queue, which ofc means you'll be the only tank playing with 5 other DPS and STILL out damage and out kill all of em, and then they all wonder why we lost the game, genuinely just do not play this game alone, get 3-4 friends minimum to play with to guarantee a team without literal vegetables who instantly lock in moon knight then proceed to do 2k dmg.

AND REMEMBER, when playing comp the enemy will ALWAYS have a competent team with 2 healers and 2 tanks, it's guaranteed

Same problem as the base game but 10x worse, Danger 5 is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard to beat even if you know how to play the base game, chances are you'll get 1 successful run every 10 runs where the first elite kills you in 2-3 shots

Impossible to play as a new player if you find it fun to win any game, the second it's just you and some sweaty no life 3000 hour lvl 100 guy who has 10 different weapons that will kill you regardless of where you are on the map or your HP, the game is over, you might as well leave and find a new lobby.

if you're into either A. permanently taping a protractor to your screen B. memorizing spreadsheets of angles just to not miss every single shot or C. grinding XP for 100 hours straight to get the actually usable weapons then this game is for you, if you're mentally stable skip it, there's only like 1 enjoyable ish server that pops up every couple of hours but it's not worth waiting for something like that to show up

The fact they're allowed to call this an ''idle'' game where there's no progress whatsoever being idle is absurd, plus every single update they release is strictly end game ♥♥♥♥ that most ppl aren't even anywhere near so there's not even any excitement of ''oh maybe they made idle gameplay viable this update!!!''

This is BY FAR the worst game NK has released to date!
EVERY match ends 1 of 2 ways, the opponent disconnects 30 seconds into the match and I gain nothing, or the opponent's deck is composed of 50% cards I don't have that just wins em the game because they payed to win... the state of NK is unbelievable, it's sad to think that the people who made this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are the same ppl I used to praise for BTD5, Bloons monkey city, BTD5 Deluxe, BTD6 and all their other games

This game feels like battles 1 but with 0 strategy whatsoever, I have NO WAY to defend against an enemy when they play 3 pink balloons in a row on top of a ceramic I couldn't kill cuz I never got a single attacking card over 3 coins (not that I have any besides super monkey) and that does 500 dmg to me.

Cashgrab garbage :(

Getting past night 50 is incredibly difficult ONLY because of how RNG heavy it is to get a good start, you need a good open area around the shrine with mountains and hills as far away from the middle as possible, you need a good starting bonus seeing as ones like ''double armor'' and ''double regen'' make bosses unkillable and you need to get good treasures from fishing or else you're not gonna have enough gold for traders or anything really.

If you don't care about beating night 50 then the DLC is great but restarting run after run because of bad starts is starting to get quite tedious

This game is insanely fun and I'm not seeing any performance issues (outside of the main menu, that does cap out at around 24 FPS which IDC about much), it is as stressful as it looks which can be a lot even in the first mission, but I assume it gets easier to not stress out and so far, it is incredibly fair, even on hard difficulty I was able to first try a gold rank on the first mission.

For the dollar I spent on this game it is insanely well made :D

People are way too quick to judge a game just because of a 5$ pack that gives some tiny boosts (honestly, the pack doesn't even work for me but steam overlay is turned on, wanted to support both Oni and Denis as I love both their idle games!)

I've been waiting for this game to be released ever since I found the demo and it did not disappoint, if the demo is anything to go by people have only seen the very top of the game so far and are being way too quick to judge it, as for the ads, I believe this game's going to release on mobile as-well as I've not been able to find a single ad (even tho one of the pop-ups DID mention them)

it is almost guaranteed that in a game made by Denis he ads an offline time system like time flux where you watch an ad (which on most web browsers or his own website is removed and switched for a quick 5 sec cooldown before getting the reward) so this is nothing new for people who've played the demo.

Over-all this game feels super polished say for a few gripes I have with it, the leaderboard makes no sense as everyones stuck on 1.24-1.26 and people seem to be placed randomly with no way to find yourself on the leaderboard if you lose your ranking, as mentioned before the starterpack doesn't work, it just loads then does nothing, and it looks like most of the late game achievements have no rewards whatsoever, IDK if they're just hidden until I get there or what but only giving a lil bit of the premium currency at the very start seems a lil iffy, should maybe add rewards for every achievement, be it a multiplier, improving certain things (like in the demo) or just more of the premium currency.

Over-all I'm biased to this game so I'll love it regardless and all of it's previous versions :D
