Pokerstars Voice Problem: THE SOLUTION / Workaround:

You have to change your Steam Username to a non special character version: no ",.-!"§%$%&/$§&/()=" and so on in your username, only A-Z, a-z.

Then you get your voice sound ingame instantly.

Sick, but it works :) Problem solved.
