Banned on Rainbow Six: Siege for having Minecraft cheats open

However hard that is for you to believe, it's ten times harder to believe for myself although it did happen. First off, it was my own Minecraft server I cheated on (a rented Bedrock Realm) -- Second off, Ubisoft's code of conduct states that even if you're not actively benefiting from a 3rd party application, but it's running while you're playing, then you are subject to a permanent ban. I did appeal and got roughly that same response, which I see no point in appealing if they're not going to look into the program which was running, or if anything injected or set an overlay. I even had a recording of myself playing that very night, which they also failed to look at. Ubisoft support is an absolute joke. I had one of the worst kind of people that was LAZY, inconsiderate, and terrible at their job. Zero research after my appeal, zero views on the video link I sent them, and zero care for their customers. I will never, ever spend a dime on an Ubisoft product until this ban is lifted and will continue to spread my utter dislike for their company due to hiring such incoherent people as "support."

IF someone from Ubi Support does happen to see this, I'm willing to talk it out and provide heaps of evidence that I in fact did not cheat or intend to cheat on any of your products. Evidence including receipts for the Minecraft server I rented at the time, the program itself, the video of me playing that night (desktop recording, not just application), the fact that I have zero history of cheating in any of your games whatsoever including the multitudes of games linked to my Ubisoft account, and the years of purchases that I personally made on the application knowing I'd have them forever (or so I thought). I understand the anti-cheat picked up the false flag of another program, but what is intolerable is the support I received following it. Blind faith in your anti-cheat is an absolute failure of use of common sense, logic and reasoning.
