Cryswar, sorry to bug you. I was wondering if there is an issue with the "recruit all units mod". I tested it with it being the only mod loaded, and then again with mixer. I found it does not work. Are you having same issue with this? If so are you planning on fixing it? I know your time is valuable. I love the mod! Really makes it a different game.

AH, i see. Well, I apologize for wanting to have the basic version of the Marauders of Slaanesh just because of a reskin i wanted to use, but not be restricted to the factions that have access to them.

If I remember right, the Devoted ones were just better mechanically, and I tried to avoid near-clone or downgrade units. Been a hot minute so I'm not really sure.

Hey there. sorry if I'm bugging you. I have a question about the Peacehammer mod you made. is there a reason why the "Marauders of Slaanesh" are not available in their structure? the only ones there would be the Devoted versions. mostly curious because there is a reskin for the Marauders of Slaanesh that i wanted to use, but doesn't work with the devoted marauders.

It replaces the Empire's troops with World War 1 infantry troops, it shouldn't conflict in my opinion, butI think it is, ccan you test it out?

Hello! would u mind helping me with a mod? ive been trying to use your guide on adding skills to the skill tree and i managed to create the skill in the skill tree but when i unlocked it ingame the abilities does not show in the spell section.

Tbh I haven't found it as bad in tww3 since corruption is so easy to manage now, and move in encamp stance, the attrition can be annoying tho.

Hey bugs. I hope to at some point, but tww3 changed how that worked and made it much more complicated, and I've been extremely busy with work, so I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Hey Gevorg, it's on the bottom (blue) row, in the Despoiler branch, I believe it's called Thunderbolt? It's a little stronger than the vanilla skill but otherwise very similar in functionality.

i have found 3 different vmd for the hero hag which i am copying for the lord and not just 01/02 i mean different names.One of them has multiple body/weapon meshes the other has one of each but are included in the first vmd and the 3rd vmd ha only one body which is unigue the others did not have.I have tried putting all the lines in one and renamed the file to match my variant but nothing.Adding all 3 vmd and renaming the same name doesnt work either.

Doesn't really matter whether you use vanilla or custom uniforms as long as they point to the right vmd. Ditto with unit variants. You can have a custom variants entry that just points to the vanilla hag VMD with a scale modifier, for example.

In all the variants/agent uniforms and art set ids i have the same custom key.Only in campaign/ch art/land animation i have the vanila hag hero.Am i supposed to use any vanilla key for the 3 tables i mentioned?

If the model is completely invisible, it's likely a vmd or campaign art sets/uniform issue. Animation issue would be more "jagged mass of horrific stretched out stuff."

Portholes require you to do the portholes.bin thing, in tww3 RPFM has been upgraded enough that you can do it entirely thru RPFM (find the vanilla porthole bins, make yours in the same locations, import the vanilla hag witch data to save yourself some time)

I am having an issue trying to create a Lord version of the hag witch of mother stanky.Both in campaign and battle i see the sled but the hag herself is invisible.Is this a variantmeshdef issue or animation missing?Also portholes are showing me Karl but thats minor

All you have to do to rename units is overwrite that specific unit's .loc entry! What are you trying to rename?

Hey Cryswar!

I need help understanding the modification of units in Total War within the DB folder.

I tried to rename some existing units (vanillas). It went well but I didn't expect that the name not only affect one unit, also others, it turned out that the framework are linked to one thing, not two, I tried to separate the name of different units but it didn't go well. I guess I don't understand everything :(

Turn 1 is either script or (maybe) auto grant at level x, thats new to tww3 and I haven't tested it much. If you're ok with lvl 2, autogrant definitely works. Again, unique to tww3 so it's not in the tww2 guide.

Ancillaries can be a pan in general tho, it takes like 5 tables to get them to show up properly

Very kind of you.

I'm struggling to attach the various ancillary items I've created to the legendary lords I like to play. Ideally I would like them to have these new items equipped beginning turn one. For the life of me I can't find the right table in the database to do it.

I've filled out the item details in the various Ancillary folders, given them values, etc. I'm guessing the answer must lie somewhere else in that database labyrinth though. I hoped you might be able to shed some light on this.
