After the first time I registered my IP was already authorized in "Manage Authorized Locations" without getting any email for IP Verifaction which means it was verified but since that problem with the error persist I decided to remove my authorized IP to verify again by actually getting the email and then I did recived an email to verify with the verification code so I verified and in "Manage Authorized Locations" I can see my IP which means it's verified(again) and even then I still get error for the IP Verification and sometimes also "Unexpected error during Steam login" -_-'
The time on recored is just trying to get in to the game and not actually playing which I won't because I'm done.
In Guild Wars 2 they have "Authorized Networks" and in their game it works like a charm.
