Here is the Short of it!
Game has a steep learning curve, but unlike other games usually, this one is fun to do.

I have never been so happy and excited playing a game but also never so mad and wanting to quit sometimes.
Its just that kind of game it gives a lot and takes a lot.
If you have a lot of time to play, I would recommend it, if not you can still play on fast and fun community or modded servers.

IF YOU ARE PLAYING FACEPUNCH SERVERS (The ones where BluePrints dont reset every month) Be ready for hackers!
They do ban hackers, but there is some 0IQ Policy on there, that there are actually no ACTIVE Admins on the Server
BCS MUH BIES....
So hackers will sometimes wipe ur whole clan base and then 1 week later get banned.. (With more Reports they get banned faster)

SO IF YOU WANT SOMETHING LIKE THAT, DO IT! ALL IN ALL WOULD PLAY, STILL DO, AM GOING TO!

BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PREASSURE THE DEVS TO allow ADMINS on servers, or at least people who can kick and ban, but dont have modding powers. OR JUST MAKE THEM BE NAKED AND NOT DO ANYTHING BUT LOOK FOR CHEATERS please..

ANYWAY There you go

PROS:
Mechanics are good (Shooting, Movement, Sound)
Its not pay to win, you just have to work more if you dont want to buy gold, like in any game ,you need kills for a certein weapon to unlock extensions)
You can stay a lower tier and just get that tier ramped up and upgraded. (exmp T2 Is good for this)
Its really good even at 40fps , and its a fast paced game.
CONS:
Some maps are not yet ballanced for certain mods
If you are poor you will need time to get upgraded weapons, armor.
Sometimes you get a lot of bots in the team, witch beats the magic of playing
You get hackers sometimes (Idiots with aim, why would anyone cheat, proves you are handicaped)

ALL IN ALL:

Good game, as far as it has gotten I love the mechanics and how fast paced it is.
I would recommend playing it for a few days to get a hand of it, then it goes like butter.
