Great movement, combat, bosses, and world design come together to make a masterpiece in "Hollow Knight". Even after the base game theirs lots of things to do in the form of free DLCs. In terms of a product Hollow Knight is matched only by games like Elden Ring in the quality content to cost ratio. My only gripe is the boring normal enemies. Other than that the only negative things is a Dark Souls esque skill curve (I like skill curves like this so its more a positive for me but be warned if you don't like dark souls like games this game is not forgiving.), and that the wayward compass cost a charm notch which is really dumb, it should just be a key item. Overall hollow knight is a must-play masterpiece, 9.5/10.

Used to be one of my fav games but it just doesn’t click for me anymore. I usually rarely rage but theirs something off about this game that makes me want to explode.
