This game has significant improvements over the first, but it is unplayable. You will invest hours into a save game, only to have this game crash and wipe your save. Crashes randomly to the point of frustration, despite autosave, and manual. This is a time waster, and not in a good way.

I actually used this as a training tool.. I am renting a mini ex. for the weekend and wanted to gain some seat time prior.

This was better than nothing, however this is getting a thumbs down for some misleading info on the store page.

1. There is no dedicated "sandbox mode". The only way to actually dig freely is through the "Dig Tutorial"

2. The store page states "operate a giant 90 tonne excavator in either ISO or SAE control patterns" however there is no option to change, you are stuck in SAE.

3. There is no sounds.

4. There should be an option to use the thumbsticks rather than grab the grips, the grips are a bit wonky because there is no return to home to stop unwanted movement.

Overall for $5.00 it served its purpose, I am fluent enough with the controls to confidently operate my machine this weekend. However I would not recommend to anyone buying this expecting to have any amount of fun or entertainment.

This game has a lot of potential, but it took a lot of troubleshooting to get started. BEFORE LAUNCHING THIS GAME SET THE LAUNCH SETTINGS TO LAUNCH WITH OCULUS NOT STEAM VR! I still have to get my VR legs, as this game makes me feel like puking after playing for 30 minutes or more, I also end up feeling like crap the rest of the day. I wish I had been able to play this game longer. One thing that helped was changing the joystick view to smooth instead of the snap change setting.

Refunding this game right away. Decided to buy it and try it because people were saying it improved since launch. This game is garbage. I rather stick a fork in an electical socket than play another minute of this game.

No multiplayer servers, game is dull.
