Análises recentes de fart

one of my favourite games, unfortunately, they have stopped caring and no longer update the game or provide any attention to it. e.g. items have not been loading the last 2 days. While I understand that it is not a priority, the large playerbase and revenue for Valve surely warrants a more active support structure... right?
