Just because you don't have performance issues (midnight marvel's suns) doesn't mean that nobody does. It crashes and doesn't run well on RTX 3090, which should be able to handle any modern game at 1080P. They are aware of the performance issues and made an announcement for it too, so it isn't fake news, that's why the game has mixed reviews.
