Game is amazing, if you want a good horror experience then this is the game for you.
If you expect it to be easy as a Counselor and think you can taunt Jason. This is not the game for you.

Don't expect to survive, because chances are if the Jason is halfway decent you won't. Unless every Counselor knows what they are doing.

Guarantee most people don't read the tutorial or even try to learn how to play before jumping in and running around like headless chickens. Then go and leave a bad review and salt on the forums because "Jason OP" but they don't even know what fear is and how to manage it.

EDIT: Dilly's review doesn't tell the truth and trys to scew the facts in order to make himself look innocent. He got banned for calling people ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and telling the 2 girls to keep sucking Jasons ♥♥♥♥, who at the time was a 12 year old kid. He has also said that he was the one who initiated the conflict by making fun of the way the kid sounded, then the kid said he sounded like a girl. They bickered then the 2 girls killed him to shut him up. There was no teaming involved and the fact he lies in his review is pathetic when he has told the story on the forums.
He got banned for sexual harrasment with video evidence and got butthurt because of it. Then lied to make him innocent in his own narrative that he started by being a douchebag in-game. Well deserved ban and karma was sweet. GG Dilly, you're pathetic.

I like it, it's got an awesome feel, spooky atmosphere, and amazing scenery. Some Creatures are a bit too powerful, but they are actively balancing new and old Creatures to match new things being put in.
The Humans must work togeher to win. This means sticking together if you're not playing a stealthy character, and watching eachothers back. Go through the level and gather 8 clues in order to banish the Creature out of this realm and win the match, or die trying and be devoured alive by darkness itself.

but you get a thumbs down for having ♥♥♥♥♥♥ keyboard controls with no remapping. Forcing people to play with a controller

But in all seriousness it's a buggy/laggy mess that i honestly don't see being fixed anywhere in the near future with how things are going now.
Multiple updates with virtually no impact on servers or optimization. Instead of spending the money on proper servers, they still have these "made in china" ones...

But if you don't mind playing maybe 2 out of 10 games with no lag then go ahead. My opinion would be to wait a month or two so you can see if they've progressed and fixed things

You will feel cheated and backstabbed
You will also cheat and backstab in order to win
This game will have you trusting no one even IRL
To be good at the game you need to be good at manipulation, think Will Kirby wih an intent to kill

If you believe in Karma i would not play this game

WARNING: Do not play with 5 close friends, this game will break friendships

But all jokes aside, this game is amazing and fun.
Frustrating at times with bugs and the sorts.
It can also get on your nerves once you start to always get accused but playing different and learning how to interact over the mic is how you manipulate the crowd.

Blackwake has an amazing feel and great community. Most people will communicate and games can become one hell of a battle, with both sides talking to eachother.
The melee and ranged combat are a little clunky but nothing that can't be tweaked. Naval combat is on point, with cannons having 3 different shots (cannon ball, grapeshot, grapple hook)
Boarding an enemy ship is so much fun, right now people aren't use to it so you end up walking through the enemy team shooting and slicing up everyone.
It's risky to get a good Grapple because once a grapple is hooked, both ships get 2 minute spawn timers in order to take over the other ship. So if you grapple and get counter boarded, you can't unhook the grapple unless you jump on their boat. So watch out for this.

Overall the game is amazing for early access and I'm hoping it only gets better with more customizations and boats to choose from.
Maybe some new maps and gamemodes where you can go onto land too. Some "Capture the Booty" gamemodes and steal gold ;)
