Is it a good game? Yes it is.

But is it a good sequel. I don't think so. It feel so much like what happened to Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.

The plot is nothing special, and I'm not sure if the game is actually longer than the 1st one. It does not feel like it is longer. It feels so very short, the size of DLC to me. I think it is because of how it just seems like a DLC for the 1st game in terms of novelty. But mission wise it has 9 missions, Thing is 2nd and 3d missions are actually 1 mission that is for some reason split into 2 parts. There is a pre-mission part where you get to the mission through the city crawling with soldiers and some side activities and the mission itself. And then we have Clockwork mansion which is also done like this: there is pre-mission part which includes 2 parts of a district and the mansion part itself. But for some reason it is considered to be a single mission. I don't know why developers went this way but I'm guessing they were running low on content and wanted to make the game look bigger. If they pulled this one more often they could have doubled the amount of missions.

Anyway, the game is short and if you do not spend time exploring like I do, then you can run it faster than the 1st one.

Next time they need to come up with a fun story.

Besides, the technical issues, long loading times (I run on gtx 980, i7 930, 12 ram), the handling of the character feels heavier than in the previous title. I had good fps.

While definitely a good Hitman game in terms of gameplay, the maps are not that large as people claim they are.

The game is too short and instead of it being 6 maps it should have been around 18.

Graphics are beautiful and run smoothly.

The DRM is silly.

Aside from my hatred for microtransactions the game itself is nothing to ask for (no pun intended).

The story is non-existant, I am sure you've heard it before by now but let me give you a comparison to what it really feels like. It feels like the game has 3 real missions to play, the rest of the game is spent in the hub area unlike HR where you had plenty of different missions with many levels to explore.
There is only one hub area this time. Prague, unlike many people believe Utelek or Golem City is not actually a hub area but is actually one of these 3 missions.
Anyway, the game itself offers a substantial amount of hours to explore it and do side missions but all this happens mostly in the Hub area and while I spent more hours in it in my 1st playthrough (45+ hours) than I spent in HR which is probably about 20 and I have played through it twice making a total of 35 hours-ish.. so while I spent more time playing MD in a single playthrough I still do not feel like things have actually kicked off, I feel like I've only just started playing and got off the tutorial. No plot development at all. By the end of HR i felt like I spent countless days playing it.

The augs this time around are nasty and make me feel disgust and they do not seem cool anymore. The boss, the characters are blend. The style of this Deus Ex enemies is scrapyard. Yup not amazing mercs but some scrapyard fixed up augs. I mean remember the bosses of original Deus Ex, they were cool, they had style. And instead of making boss fights optional because some people couldn't handle them or making other ways to deal with them, they decided to remove them altogether except this one pseudo boss.

Tons of glitches and bugs(unending quests,crashes, freezes, disappearing praxis), long loading screens, low framerate - I got 980gtx i7930 12 ram I am pretty fine and run all games on ultra, witcher 3 included. Hell even Arkham Knight did not lag for me when I disabled the smoke and skidmarks, all else maxed out.

The only positive thing about the game is gameplay, it is fun, it might be better than it used to be but not 100% sure. So if you are looking for pure gameplay in a hub area kind of Deus Ex, you get this game.

Graphics are okay. Nothing special.

So far no issues on my rig, 980gtx i7 930 2,8 ghz 4 dual cores 12 ram latest drivers. All components are 5+ years old except the vid card.

The game itself is nothing special just like expected but is a lot of fun if you just want to blow things up and shoot, like to liberate areas, destroy convoys, sabotage etc. Just your regular super agent just cause experience with nice graphics, shooting, cinemtics.
