The game play whether solo or with a team is so enjoyable. I'm loving spreading democracy throughout the galaxy. Learning the different mission types is really good and sometimes quite tricky, but enjoyable to learn.

I had some initial crash problems. But after checking integrity of files and updating graphics drivers the problems have stopped. I also downgraded my graphic setting slightly.

Got 1.5 hours in so far.

Game from the start has been a better more realistic experience than call of the wild in my opinion and I was even sceptical at first.

the story enables you a lovely way to enter into the game but don't feel you're tied to that if you don't want to be. The animals seem a lot more realistic in there behaviours and dont dart around at 200mph like in COTW.

I will write a more formal review in the coming weeks but wanted to say to anyone sceptical as I was about buying it. Ive not regretted it at all. I know the games going to get better which builds me with even more hope.

UPDATE****** 14/09/2022

Ok over 12 hours in now and I restarted once I thought id got the hang of it generally. Wow what can I say. I'm more patient now and waiting around for longer and being slightly better hunting disciplined is really paying off. The game I feel is gong from strength to strength and I can only hope for more in the future. There are still the occasional things that grind on me. One being when I've been tracking a larger animal particularly Moose and they find they're way into a bush, sometimes they become invisible and you can clearly see an outline but they're graphically clashing with the bush, in reality their outline would still be there to try and get a shot on target.

Ive only played for three hours with my mid range set up of the Logitech X56 Hotas and am learning the SU-25T "frogfoot" as much as I can but already I can see the amount of hours I will be putting into the game and eventually buying more and more packs. I tried to play this game without joystick and although possible not advised. Have fun and enjoy.

By far one of the most underrated and laughed at games by people who have never played it. It gives such freedom that most games cant in a beautifully crafted and ever developing European world. Explore enjoy the freedom of the road even with other people now in convoys for hours of fun. i would recommend this game to anyone who hasn't played it.

Brings back all the Nostalgia flooding back but with incredible modern graphics to accompany. I would suggest to it especially to those who played previous but anyone can enjoy this timeless classic

This game is the game that keeps on giving. I pick it up from time to time and play on survival mode. Just exploring the wasteland and immersing myself as much as possible. use your imagination and no game will become boring.

It took me two attempts to get into this game and when i finally did 3 years ago I havent left it since. For a game thats been going 13 years now, and is constantly filled with new content and new life, I hope this game goes on for another 13 years at least. If you've never played now is the best time ever since it allows a free to play option. With by far the best gaming community of any game ive played you will meet and play with some of the best and worst society has to offer, and outside of the game this community continues to thrive and amaze.

Two years ago this week I wrote this review having only returned to it a little while earlier. I can safely say I have immeresed myself fully into this game since and its community, and still feel its a great game with an amazing community both in and particuarly outside of game. If anyone plays this game and comes across any "greifers" or toxicity these are a small part of this game and tbh a large part of this games mechanic and playstyle is to die and deal with loss but thats part of what makes this game great. If you get over that then youll be fine. It may take a while to find those in eve you can relatively trust but just make sure you create your own story and journey and story in this wonderful game called Eve Online. o7
