The absolute best 3D Sonic game out there.

Basically everything Sonic Team seems unable to do. 3D platforming with a good sense of speed and fluidity. Easy to pick up and play but a really high skill ceiling if that's your jam

Somehow not included in the "ultimate" pass

Larian have done it again.
Quite possible the best CRPG made to date.

Main plot is .... fine, but an effective engine to keep you pushing through.
The companion plots are all brilliant with well fleshed out, lovable and believable characters.
Side missions are also varied and fun.
For the most fun, make sure someone has animal talking!

Starts off a bit slow, but does open up in to a great turn based tactics game.
Very linear so not much in the way of replayability but the 25ish our campaign is good fun.

Goofy Running Man story and interesting character abilities are what set this apart from others in the same genre.

For me, tThe free DLC is what puts this from a "maybe" to a "must buy" for fans of Turn Based Tactics games.
All the battles there are much bigger and more bombastic with opportunities to use all the skill from all your characters

Feels like it was trying to do too much to the point that all parts are a bit janky.

- Part ARPG, but not enough loot or variation. Plus some weapon types are straight up better than others, so no strategy in picking synergistic weapons and skills
- Part Twin Stick shooter, but spongy enemies which come from behind cover, removes a lot of the positioning strategy
- Part epic adventure with deep lore, but there's so much jargon dumped on you from the beginning that without spending an hour reading the glossary it's hard to understand what's going on

Ultimately it's ok. I finished it because it was local co-op and that's fairly rare, but by the end we were both just finishing it because we had started it, which was never a good sign

Nice short Metroidvania which can be completed over a weekend.

First 20 mins or so is slow, but one you get a couple movement abilities it really starts to flow. Unique enough to definitely recommend

Decent tactics game. Somewhere between XCOM Chimera Squad and Mario + Rabbids

Good variety of character skills, and with some clever planning you can chain moves into each other. Campaign progression is linear so you don't get that full XCOM experience, but if you want something a little lighter, quicker and just with the battles this is a good choice.

Finally a fighting game good enough and accessible enough to play with some of my non FGC friends!

Definitely worth a shot

Great potential but it does start to get a bit repetitive and somewhat unbalanced about half way though.

I had fun with my time with it, and if you liked the original XCOM definitely give it a go. I reckon with some tweaks and the ability to speed up some combat it would be an absolute winner
