Gameplay similar to binding of isaac and story of if a talking sacrificial lamb had some lsd after coming back after dying. Very nice.
Managing your cult while wanting to do other things does get a bit stressful

I played on a friend's account offline mode for 122h at the time of this review, now im about to start my 2nd playthough online mode.

Amazing game almost 10/10
Slightly annoying bug using controller, it would detect an input multiple times. The solution was reconnecting the controller or only connecting once the main menu loads

Thank you, Hideo, for this art of yours conveys something deeper than emotions. I am stunned by your skill to take your life's situations and turn them into art. Although, it is beyond wordless flow such as a painter's creativity. What you produce belongs on a higher plain of articulating one's thoughts in the form of art.
There are criticisms to be made, but such is every result of a complicated open ended question. This belongs in the Hall of Fame of all arts, nevermind only gaming.

Post 2nd playthrough update:doing it twice was tiring but it's very different online vs offline. Still amazing
