Ćevapi or ćevapčići is a grilled dish of minced meat found traditionally in the countries of southeast Europe. It is considered a national dish of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is also common in Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Slovenia.
