The game has tons of characters to choose from, even me with ~ 25 hours of playtime, have not collected every character available, which gives the game excellent replayability.


The game is simple, all you use is the arrow keys or WASD to move around, which makes this game playable anytime, any place. I also do like the simple pixel graphics the game offers, which also helps tons with the stability of the game.

This game is for you, if you have nothing better to do, and need something to relax and chill with. The game is well worth is price tag.

Had the game in my steam backlog for a while, but never got around too it until now. Felt it would be a slugfest at first, but i was pleasently surprised. The story helped keep me intrigued all the way through, i also really liked the fighting, after getting used to it.

I like how you can choose your own path. And i chose the standard "Knight in Shining Armor" type guy.

I did not all of the sidequest, but these were also good. Have not played any of the "story" DLC's, but some of the others i have played, which lets your earn gear and other stuff.

The game can be a bit buggy at times, but nothing that annoyed me or ruined the overall experience for me.

This is a review of the latest Assasins Creed game, Assasins Creed: Odyssey.

Intro:

Assasins Creed: Odyssey, was released October 5, 2018. It is the next game after Assasins Creed; Origins, which came with a new combat system, and a new way to treat the Assasins Creed series.

Gameplay:

The game mechanics have improved a lot from Assasins Creed: Origins, which, with its new combat system, completely changed the way you play Assasins Creed. The game captures the beauty of the new combat system, combined with the naval combat system from Black Flag (in which they definitely hit the sweet spot on this game). The RPG elements in it with levels and gear also makes it a bit of a grind, which i love. Because you just can't go into any mission and expect to beat if, because you now can be 10 levels under the recommended level, and you WILL die!

And if you're worried about having nothing to do in this game, do not worry, this game got you covered. As seen i got around 60 hours in game. In this time i only have completed what the game has to offer for main story quests. There is still a lot of side missions, and also DLC's (if you got those). All in all the game has a lot too offer in content, and the game does well to make you interested all the way through. Even though that after ending the main story line the travelling becomes tedious. But just remember to do the synchronisation, then the travel part is not so bad. (You normally get all around with the main storyline, so don't worry)

Pros

Cons:
- Travelling becomes tedious after doing main story line
- Sad because of doing wrong decisions! :(

Conclusion:

Great game, and would recommend buying it. Sadly steam sale ended, but would still recommend it for it's asking price before steam sale.

I have already used around 7 hours on this game. And i have not completed more than 2 missions so far. The scenarios they provide give the player the opportunity to act how they want. There is a lot of ways to kill targets in this game, and this is why the maps are very much replayable. You can complete challenges, which will keep you entertained.

For example;

The first mission in the Hitman 2 story is called Nightcall. I have used around 2-3 hours on this level ALONE! And i have not yet completed all the challenges within this scenario. The mission in itself will take you around 5-10 minutes (according to skill level) If you just play the mission and continue to next mission!

The game has a flaw, which i would mention;

- Why do you not start with the lockpick? The lockpick is the most essential item of all, and have been for long in the Hitman series. They decided to remove it (you can earn it to use). Just felt a bit cheated, when i was not able to even pick it in the gear menu. A friend of mine says he has the lockpick from the get go, but i did not.

TL;DR

A lot of challenges, keeps you entertained! No lockpick start? strange...

The game in general is pretty good with it's Mycareear, which is the only thing i play this game for.

I play the game with a Steam Controller, and this also concerns all other users using other kinds of controllers - You really have to fix the commandstacking on when playing.

Often when i ask for the ball form my teammates and i spam it to get the ball, it then decides that when i receive the ball that it wants to pass without me pressing the button.

But in genereal it is a good game :)

This is a very good game. I played on the PS3 aswell and i have now decided to get it on PC. The game is beautiful and it has an amazing gameplay. This game is for people who is into assasinating and controlling armies of Uruks :)
