This game was on my wishlist for over a decade and something caused me to finally pick it up during a sale. Fun abstractish puzzle game about positioning cells, especially once the powered cells come into play. Visual presentation and UI are excellent, just navigating the menu is pretty enjoyable. Unfortunately the soundtrack could use some more time in the oven- gets repetitive and annoying especially if you get hung up on a puzzle. Recommended on sale since it is fairly short.

Excellent game, really makes you feel like STAR WARS™: Bounty Hunter™. Port is fine but skimpy, could use some QOL features but I'll take a hands-off approach over the recent intrusive "fixes" in other ports that ruin the experience. No issues with bugs outside ones present in the original and I played this considerably longer than is healthy for most people. Make sure your drivers are up to date and you'll be fine. Recommended at full price.

On paper this is a great game- wilderness exploration with mystery and a novel interaction system. In reality you get grubhub graphics, an underwhelming story with poor pacing, and unconvincing voice acting with atrocious dialogue. A waste of an afternoon, avoid at any price.

I'm a huge Amanita Design fan, however I've procrastinated getting this game until recently. Not because of the tone, but because the gameplay reminded me quite a lot of Chuchel- basic interactions that can barely be considered puzzles and an abundance of scenes that play themselves... That's exactly what ended up happening with Happy Game. Nothing is nuanced, nothing is challenging, and nothing is that interesting. Some neat visuals at points, but sadly the game suffers from the same emptiness and simplicity Chuchel did. A rare miss, one of their weakest offering to date in terms of experience. Only recommended to Amanita completionists and people who really enjoy the aesthetic.

Where'd our chievys go? Why is this the same appid and not a separate game? Also loadout is a terrible change
