Do not buy if your looking for the sequel to the first game cause this ain't it chief.

Doesn't really feel like the first game. Visually and the animation looks like Hades, and the combat has less fluidity than the first since they removed a spell slot. The crawl is also shorter. At this point it's not worth buying. It truly is in a beta state. Too bad it's not the original creators of the first game.

I would've recomended but, this games combat isn't really smooth or well built. Dodging kinda works but the animation of attack never lines up, so be prepared to take lot of damage from nowhere, the telegraphs lie and is offset. the game had 15min worth of content counting allmodes played cassually. Boos jumps and mob jumps in general damages you in 90 degree angle from the start locations and no they don't jump over you without damgeing you. You really need to be desprate for a new dungeoncrawl rougelite, for only 15 min of content. You also can't run in without knowing how a rougelite works.

Very good for an early access. I have barely seen any bugs in my gameplay! The core mechanics works pretty good and the animation and such works just fine as is. The MASSIVE open world is awesome. the combat and boss fights is awesome. the incredible short load time between entering a dungeon or portal without any problem. It's just straight up awesome and you play in a viking world which makes it even better. The deathsquitos can ruin everything tho.

Love this game, if you like civlike games and vikings, i would say this is for you
