Might I recommend you remove the negative feedback from the software developer you left your feedback for, and leave feedback for the software developer who made the software you're not satisfied with? I take negative reviews rather seriously, and I would love it if you would take a moment to look into removing the review for my software. I am the author of VoiceAttack, and the software that you were having trouble with was HCS's product- they're a totally different entity over in the UK (I'm an independent developer over in Texas).
