I have no idea what do to in this game. I'm constantly thinking which key I need to press (more keys to choose than a piano). I have tried to figure it out but clearly I need more IQ points.

Tried it.. Was fun until Monaco. Just smashing into walls, spinning out, setting record lap slow times... Lucky I didn't buy a steering wheel as I got excited at the start. Try it with a gamepad - if you like it after 20 hours then buy a wheel. I guess driving simulation games like this are beyond me.

Like some other reviewers, I played Theme Hospital in the late 1990's and like many Bullfrog games, I LOVED it!

Two Point Hospital is similar to Theme Hospital, however there are obvious updates and it's still a great deal of fun.

Thankyou for producing this game - I hope for a Populous 2 remake to relive my old Amiga days :) Until then, I'm playing this gem.

Oh boy these controls are clumsy.. Maybe it's just me but using Xbox controller is such a chore. Maybe have a tutorial or free roam so I can practice.. it's frustrating and annoying. The ball doesn't always stick to your feet when moving/changing direction and defending/shooting is a right pain in the butt. Okay I only tried for 20 minutes but then I ALT-F4 because it being so annoying. I will try again another day.

After three hours I gave up. I had no fun at all - the storyline and gameplay was boring. Fortunately Steam refunded my purchase. 👊

Slamming my ♥♥♥♥ inside a car door would be more enjoyable.
