I played Blackout protocol with my girlfriend and friends. It was difficult and took us a while to understand the mechanics and farm upgrades. But it was a fun ride and we beat the final Boss. It was enjoyable because of the changing maps and it was fun because we had to make sure not to "accidentaly" kill eachother.

I'm downvoting only because Co-op is what made the game enjoyable for me and my friends and my hope is that they can keep it in instead of removing it. The difficulty to me also felt like it was spot on.

i tried the new Demo and beat it without any upgrades or even good weapons on the first try, then lost interest. Also alot of frame lag in the demo.

The game has been out about 26 hours now and i have 18 hours of gametime. i really love this game and will full heartedly support it.

the game lacks optimisation, key remapping and needs a bit of bug fixing but gameplay wise its on point for me and i can still manage to play the game even with just 30-40 fps.

The limited fast travel makes sense, as you can frequently gather the ressources you need anyway while traversing old paths. You will come across new enemies and certain challenges that werent there before.

i understand the critisism that many other reviews point out and i agree to most, yet i still think this game is absolutely fantastic and fun.

i've played it for about 3 and a half hours and it's been more than enjoyable. Very much reminded me of Forager.

One thing i'd wish for is to be able to either crouch or have an option to walk slower on command to make placing and lining up structures a bit easier. it's been a bit rough to get them placed exactly how i wanted it.

I'm hoping for some sort of method later into the game to disable any ressources spawning in a radius too, to avoid having random trees and other things pop up

The Game itself is an enjoyable experience with a ton of customisation thats fairly easy to understand.

61(-10 in lobby) hours in 4 days. couldnt be any more hooked despite some small bugs here and there.
Good game and will continue to improve over time, im sure.

Edit:
Now 220 hours in, my best experience so far was when i robbed a guy by kindly asking him to open his door to his base so i can check if i need anything. He openend it, I took some of his wooden shafts and bone splinters, talked to him a bit and then left.

15 hours in and i just found out i can dodge with spacebar.

9/10 The game has a few minor issues like animals glitching through fences/Walls but otherwise really fun.
