Fallout in Space. Better than Starfield.

I got ambushed whilst out on a walk and had all my blood drained by a freakish mutant...Anyway, after I divorced her I bought this game and really enjoyed it. 9/10

An absolute classic, re-imagined with updated graphics and a built-in (but optional) hint system, so you wont get stuck on the castle goat puzzle for 2 years like I did playing the original! 10/10

So much potential and you screw it up by releasing a poorly optimised mess that crashes during character creation - a bug that now renders me unable to play the game I paid ~£80 for because I have no access to any of the cash my caharcter should have and no equipment to do anything with...Until you bother to either implement a user-initiated character reset or until you initiate a wipe yourselves this review will stay negative

So after a few days of initial hiccups (and wide-spread issues with headless characters and no available equipment) the 2nd hotfix seems to have (so far) fixed the issues I have been having.
My limited game time since then has been rather enjoyable, especially since discovering the 'Joint Ops' mode isn't just for co-op and can also be used to remove the PvP element making the game solely PvE and as such less stressful with not having to deal with griefers.

If 'Medieval Dynasty, 'Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord' and 'Manor Lords' had a baby, it would be this game.
The combat is a little janky, but its an Early Access game so some polish being required is to be expected.
Some of the voice acting is a little wooden on account of being AI generated, though the devs promise that this will be replaced by professional (human) voice actors in the future.

Overall 8/10, but with time and polish I can see that score rising...

Operation 'Make SONY Backtrack' Complete.

I want to recommend this game so badly, but the number of crashes I have experienced in 0.2hrs is unreal (engine pun not intended). Whilst I am recommending this game, that recommendation comes on the back of the game having a lot of promise that it will hopefully fulfill in time being an early-access title.

The game is constantly running out of memory somehow, I guess I need to drop my graphics settings despite having a beast of a PC...

No, that didn't work - dropping from "Epic" to "High" allowed me to actually deploy, but it crashed after the party screen...and then one glimpse of hope as I was actually able to get my boots on the ground...and then immediately crashed...

After a bit more time playing around with settings I'm ~80% sure it has been DLSS causing crashes as since I've turned it off and dropped to TXAA I haven't had as many crashes. I'll keep my review as-is until the game is a lot more optimised, but its early access so some issues are to be expected.

The ONLY game I have ever requested a refund for on Steam. Its bad, its nothing like has been advertised either in trailers or on the store page. Avoid.

If 'Fallout 4', 'No Man's Sky' and 'Tachyon - The Fringe' had a baby via some sort of IVF/gene-splicing science experiment, this is the end result.

10/10, would perform genetic experiments using awesome games as my test subjects.

Having played the game and enjoyed it in Early Access, I was thrilled when the game finally released in full, having put it aside to wait for the added content a full-release would bring.
I was NOT disappointed.
I wont drone on about the numerous ways in which you can tackle many of the main and side quests, often with comical results. Rest-assured, if you can think of a way to tackle an objective then chances are the developers have thought of it to and coded it into the game. Failed a skill-check whilst trying to get information out of one of your followers, then kill them, use "Talk to the Dead" spell/scroll on them to get the information and then revive them.

10/10 would kill my followers again...
