The idea behind this game is that you are dropped into a world covered in water and spotted with islands. These islands are occupied by clans that differ in difficulty. Your goal is to scavenge and re-purpose items found in underwater cities, mansions, factories, and other POI's. With those items you need to build defences to protect all of your belongings from attacks mounted by the clans - matching your current progress with the difficulty of these attackers. Your main way of gathering materials is under water ruins and raiding clan islands. Along the way you always want to update your technology to be prepared for higher tier production.

- Studio has regular updates and community interaction. The game gets better every update (some updates create bugs but they are always being fixed).
- GREAT pacing in the way in which you progress preserves the fun and adventure as you build your armoury.
- Freedom of placing objects around the world or your base. This allows you to set up custom peeks and find different uses for items that fit your needs.
- Hours of fun. Once you are in and get going, you will not want to take a break for at LEAST 3-ish hours.
- Amazing concept. This game is literally Rust meets The Forest meets 7 Days to Die. Although I find this game less repetitive than 7 Days to Die.
- Fun vehicles and fun to follow guided POI's
- THE SOUND OF GATHERING SCRAP IS SO SATISFYING
- Raids are a nice break from gathering materials and taking over other islands.
- Multiplayer is the most fun way to play the game but it doesn't come at the cost of singleplayer.
- Since I have bought the game there has been two updates already.
- great community.
- CONSTANT island updates making the islands cooler and better suited for attacks.

- Sound design is AWFUL in many cases especially when recycling old gun parts.
- Enemy hit-boxes and movement is so wacky and fast that it is sometimes hard to hit anything with the crossbow or guns.
- Guns are almost well balanced. Some issues happen late game that turn the game into some sort of an ammo factory unless you use exclusively sniper rifles which is boring.
- The way the environment looks on islands is just poor. It's like someone just painted blobs all around and called it "a mountain".
- Needs more customisation options for game settings - although what it has is pretty good for now.
- Needs variation in how you can play the game. Progression is linear but the trader almost always has the same stuff. This stuff is useless in the beginning, and not worth it in the end as you have to make multiple boxes to store just valuables. Trading is awful.
- Needs better animations (I understand it is early access and I know they will fix it. Just saying the current state of the game).
- Kind of pricey for this EARLY of early access. I mean $20 is in no way bad, but other established and finished games show this price-point when sales are on 4-6 times a year.
- Inventory UI is very annoying. You cannot drag items out of a chest, you have to first drag it to your inventory and then in your inventory drag it to a specific drop icon. Also no shift or ctrl clicking into boxes or out.

gud game but need more craftable shiz for survivin to take time off of constantly cave diving. also needs qol upgrades for items in terms of cooking and needs more status effects. 7.8/10 for early access so far.

fun solo game for chilling

BEST GAME EVER EXEPT THERE IS LOTS OF HECKER END THEY DO TEH SPINS WIF DA DUHALIEZ AND ITS ARE FVERY ANNOYING. IF YYOU STARTS AGAINST CHEATER JUST PLAY LIKE NON COMPETITIVE GAMEMODE UNTIL RANK 21 THEN YOU CAN GET PRIME AND PLAY LEGITIMATE.
