Not a bad game at all, sure I've had little issues here and there but overall I really enjoy it.

Ready or Not: The Tactical Sim That Might Just Get You Killed (But in Style)

All I wanted was a quiet evening playing some tactical SWAT ops... instead, I found myself swearing at the screen, praying to the gods of bulletproof vests, and questioning my life choices. Welcome to *Ready or Not*, a game that has more tension than an office meeting before the annual performance reviews.*

At first glance, *Ready or Not* looks like a tactical shooter, where you and your squad of highly-trained, very professional operators storm buildings, subdue bad guys, and save hostages. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. This game has the emotional complexity of a hostage negotiation — except *you're* the one being held hostage by your own bad decisions. It's like trying to play chess, but everyone on the board is secretly trying to shoot you in the back.

The controls are like learning to fly a helicopter without instructions — sure, you’ll get the hang of it after a few hundred tries... or you'll crash into the nearest wall (spoiler: you’ll crash into the nearest wall). The AI teammates are just as reliable as your friend who says, 'Yeah, I'll be there in 5 minutes,' but never shows up. One minute they're right behind you, the next, they're mysteriously standing in the corner of a room, staring at the ceiling. They might as well be on a coffee break while you’re in a firefight.

In summary, *Ready or Not* is the perfect game for anyone who’s ever wanted to feel like a highly-trained operative while simultaneously realizing they are definitely *not* a highly-trained operative. Would I recommend it? Absolutely... if you like pain, chaos, and laughing in the face of death. Just don’t be surprised when your team spends more time calling for backup than actually saving the day."

So, if you're ready to not be ready, this game’s for you. Prepare for the worst. But also, don’t worry—your squad will probably get stuck in a doorway while the enemies shoot at you anyway.

I haven't played a ton yet, but from what I have played I do recommend it. Graphics are great, sounds is great. And from the little bit of game play, it feels good. Definitely would recommend it at this point so far.

Would I recommend this game. Yes. It plays well if you have the system to handle it. The sim will get better with time. Just gotta get the developers time. This is brand new for them as well. Still looks better than anything TANE could pull off.
