If you're looking for a WWII Call of Duty, here is the best one.
An excellent campaign with fun gameplay and missions.
From the Pacific Theater to the Eastern Front, it leads to a unique experience
Not to mention Nazi Zombies, a genre defining gamemode that is extremely fun.
It's unfortunate multiplayer is near nonexistent but it's still a fun game none the less.

Hands down the best in the Borderlands series
Its goofy, crude, and self-aware humor makes for a laughed filled play through
The game is super replayable and great with friends.
9.5/10

The classic Bloons series is timeless and with it's sixth iteration, it is excellent.
Bloons TD6 is great for both veterans of the tower defense genre or newbies.
It's simplistic yet deep mechanics lead to great progression that rewards the player.
My only gripe is the $10 price tag as this is far from $10. I waited for a sale to come around and got the game for $0.99.

Arma 3 is a very interesting game
As a Mil-Sim, it isn't your run of the mill shooters and has some interesting game play loops.
That being said, it is near required to play with a group as just hopping into a server doesn't always lead to the most fun games.
It's an acquired taste but it's far from a bad game.

AoE II is an excellent example of what RTS games are about.
I highly recommend playing with friends

My personal favorite in the Battlefield series, it is a chaotic, explosion filled, bullet hell, of a fps.
Plenty of weapons and play styles for all types of players. This game is even fun for people who don't like fps games that much.
A great shooter for anyone who wants a great casual experience
Also 64 Player lobbies are the best lobbies

An excellent 2D RPG Survival game, don't let any assumptions turn you away from this game either.
You play how you want to play
The only problem is after you beat the final boss, there isn't much after that endgame
BUT, the modding community has made some excellent mods such as Calamity, Thorium, Tremor mod, and more

SCP is an amazing writing community to begin with and this game is just as great.
A spiritual successor to SCP: Containment Breach, Secret Lab is a very fun multiplayer escape-horror game.
You can spawn as many different classes, including some of the most iconic SCP anomalies
Your goal depends on what class you are spawn as but every class is very fun
The people you meet in game are typically some of the most fun players you'll ever meet.
