Early Access Review
Charming art style, sweet sound track, great gun play, and it's a roguelite/"extraction shooter", it's right up my alley. It needs some fixes and tweaks but it's obviously in Early Access, and for being early access, it's definitely one of the good ones!

We ride together, we dive together.

Major orders must be completed in 48 hours or less and so they will be.

I got this for free, and I'd like my money back. It's Bethesda jank from 15 years ago but without the charm.

Although watching how poorly the world reacts to you is quite entertaining. Shooting someone sitting leaned against something only for them to slowly get up, walk a step forward so that they can fall over in pain is something only Bethesda could pull off.

Although it's closer to a proof of concept than a full game (which makes the asking price of €15 a bit of a stretch), it's still a lot of fun, and something I can see myself use as a thing to just jump in to for an hour every now and again just to relax. Due to the ridiculous item balance (which I have to assume is on purpose) the difficulty spikes about halfway through the game and then just dwindles to the point where the final boss has been nothing but laughable regardless of what build I play. My best sell for this game is that it's ugly as sin, is built out of bought assets, is extremely repetative, unbalanced and lacks depth, and yet I feel like jumping in to play a run or two.

I don't get why this game gets such praised reviews. Sure, it's a nice game, but it's crazily overpriced for what you get, and the PC port is as lazy as it gets, doesn't have ANY options, not even a volume slider. You'll have to either turn down Windows sound or edit an ini not to blow your ears out.

I played it on iPad a few years back, which works much better since that's the controls it's designed for, and was also a fraction of the price. It's currently 66% off, and it's still a bit much considering it's 7 years old. Get it if it's basically free and you have nothing else to do.

"I don't know, it just looks kind of like a re-skinned L4D"
*a week later and 60 hours in-game with only 4 maps so far*
"♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this is amazing"

As someone that know close to nothing about Warhammer, and haven't played the first game, this game has everything I want from a "L4D kind of game", it has difficulty that's fair, cool weapons, loot, many different characters and character builds, combat that's simple to pick up, but deeper than you'd think, etc.

The devs also sound super humble and just genuinly happy that people like their game, which is exactly the kind of devs you want to make a good game that gets good post-release support.

I'm very much looking forward to see the future of this game series, as it's looking incredible so far.

The online has been unpolished ♥♥♥♥ since day 1, and still is two years later, and now they're removing mods. There's litterally no reason to get this game, especially not for $60 on a 2 year old game. When will companies learn that mods is how to keep your game alive for years and years...

I really wish I could recommend this game...
I really wish I could enjoy this game...
But I can't. Everyone probably know why by now; it's a terrible, terrible port, and things that should've been fixed day one are yet to be fixed.

The extremely unstable framerate is something I could propably live with, but it's the mouse sensitivity that sporadically changes that makes it truly unplayable for me. I noticed that looking at a specific wall would lower the sens, whilst other objects seem to make it much higher.

We're now on the 6th day after Bethesda acknowledged the problems, but we're yet to get anything, not even a possible release date.

I now see why Bethesda does not want to give out review copies of their games.

A stunningly beautiful game, with a sweet but predictable story. The animation and sound combined with the beautiful graphics make for a wonderful experience, but the gameplay can get pretty repetative if you're not in to plattforming in a metroidvania kind of world, where some areas are locked off until you unlock new abilities.

It's a cheap game, so if this sounds interesting to you, I definatly recommend you to pick it up.
