I love the Leisure Suit Larry games so much, and this game is such a wonderful homage to the classic 6. At 23, I might be a bit young to fully appreciate the nostalgia this game must generate with a generation that experienced the games as they were released. Even with that in mind, I can recognize the sterling loyalty to the style and atmosphere of Al's masterpieces that this game rightfully wears as a badge of honor.

I wouldn't recommend this franchise of games to just anybody, but to the people in my life that I would, I DEFINITELY would. This game is awesome, and it scores bonus points with me for being able to balance the crass, sleazy humor of the games with a genuinely progressive sociopolitical outlook that never feels malicious, even when the opportunity to be malicious is very present (the gay and trans jokes are funny and not mean).

My only nitpick with the game is that it has a tendency to get stuck if you get trigger-happy trying to skip dialogue. That's a very small complaint though, and if you save regularly it isn't a problem at all.
