After all the DLC that has been released, its still a disjointed mess of a game. It's never quite sure what it thinks of itself in this aspect, is it a theme park or a sandbox? Most games pick one or the other, this one didn't and should have. That being said, tone wise it's completly fallout. Should you buy this game and DLC? Wait for a steep sale.
