Good job, Helldivers. We have protected managed Democracy from the threat of being Wiped off of Super Earth. You played a critical role in our success in this time of need. We must continue to protect our way of live against the Account linking threat.

As someone who enjoyed this game but never left a review, I can finally review it and say that this game is a competent game that has proven to be a good live service game, and this decision to keep hundreds of companies still being able to access the game instead of willingly breaking TOS shows that its worth playing.

Pretty Competent Gacha for those looking for something along the veins of Honkai Impact 3rd (3 character swapping, stage style play) in terms of Activity-style, with a (now) pretty decent third person shooting angle. Runs well on most systems. was playing on Steam deck at 75fps minimum on high. i capped it to 90 but think 80 would maybe be better cap.

Events typically last a while, but with windows of play for activities within said event (so like 7 days to complete a 'capture-your-enemy-and-use-them' challenge within a 40 day story cycle). Would say graphics are good considering what they can run on, later chapters really impressing me. Co-op missions are slightly lacking, but they atleast are available 24/7 with better ones happening during event times.

Would say in terms of the business model they are pushing, very much in the similar direction of Azur Lane; relatively not difficult to get 5-stars and the main sell is Skins and a battle pass for people looking to pay.

Area to note is that it is currently changing to being less "Tacticool" to more sexier outfits. Overall, if you like cute girls and guns and okay with gacha (albiet a more generous one), I say give it a shot. I have about 100 extra hours off steam on this.

Currently uses DRM that causes issues on Linux Machines. Ruins a functional game which I mainly played on my Steam Deck

I will keep this one Short. This game is a good dang ride all the way through if you ever enjoyed games like Bayonetta or just even Pure action games like CoD (I know, odd comparison but its true). Story is nothing to really write home about, but the music pounding and the freeform action (a step up if you played bayonetta which can feel a bit too much on the "fighting game" side) Is enough to experience. Its older now so I would try and get a discount still despite me buying at full price.

Plague's Tale is pretty visually stunning game that also has decent PC features in terms of options to choose graphically. The story was pretty decent enough to consider picking up experiencing. The length of the game is on the shorter side at around 10-15 Pure hours of play. I picked this up as a break from the standard high fantasy and Hyper futuristic Fantasy titles. Its grounded to some degree, but not completely. My only issues with it is that the game does feel akin to the Walking Sims or a less gun heavy Uncharted of the world to me, which is fine if you can stand those type of games.

Ace Combat 7 Is a pretty decent game with a small issue in its story. Game Controls well and you are given a pretty engaging story that plays out similar to an Alternate universe of our own. I found it fun despite knowing nothing about the genre of games, and Even took the time to do a few multiplayer 1v1s with friends. It ran fine on my PC but I'm using a 1070 GTX and a 2600x at the time of play. Characters like Full Band made the experience pretty nice. It also gets bonus points for having an awesome Soundtrack.

Full disclosure; picked it up at 30% off. Yes, i definitely got my money's worth.

Review Disclaimer: The Main content was completed around 14 hours with an extra hour for Yaga Baba. Most DLC tried, with only one barely played.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is, in my opinion, a very strong exprience driven game. I say it like this because the game gives you the ability to delve within the three part formula of Platforming, Shooter, and Exploration that the previous entry built of off. For most who have played that entry, this game is a no brainer to recommend. The game gives you a good deal more to explore and collect that the previous, giving an almost metroid-vania feel for a bit of the game. However, the DLC is honestly everywhere, with Yaga Baba being probably the best out of the bunch. Survival Mode comes close with allowing people to experience more of the Tomb Raider experience but without the platforming portion (or a relatively toned down version).

Voice acting is stellar, but difficulty is questionable because its not horrendous, but its pointless to play under Survivor difficulty as most of your deaths will not be related to combat but instead platforming. The upgrade system is negligible but some of the traits add to the game, however it is better to get upgrades from Hidden tombs instead.

Overall, good.

Overall, a pretty amazing game. The story was nice and I enjoyed the way the interactions were done. If there is anyway I could support the devs in the form of purchasing another game, I would gladly do so if it had this quality.

The port of this game is very good by most standards as the Netplay and Ranked is functioning pretty well along with improvements done through patching that removed some noteable issues including Memory leaks and region locking. The gameplay itself is also fast paced with a good cast of mostly balanced characters. The best part is that this is one of the few fighting games that are immediately getting patches coming in for any issues.

Overall, If you are into fighting games, Its not hard to recommend this game as Its pretty competitive and gives you a wide array of in-match options without much overhead (IE picking styles/grooves/Assists before fights). Its just a straight 2-D fighter.

I cannot comment on the DLC policy as I am an early adopter. Story mode is pretty decent but It does follow some Anime-likeness (as expected, it is a 2-D Fighter from JP), but dont go into it expecting a large fighting tourny. seriously, you probably could youtube the Story and get the same experience.

Complaints for the game include ranked play being kind of a lost cause compared to player matches. This is mostly blamed on the messed up starting of ranked games when the game came out causing it to lose traction. There is some issues related to connecting to players for a select few, but this is fixable by port forwarding or just trying again to connect. Last issue the lack of windowed full screen. Outside that, its pretty good and includes most things you expect of a PC game such as v-sync, FFXA and other post processing along with both languages and individual volume controls.

Amazing game overall. While it does have a few internet meme references, the overall game still has both light-hearted and serious moments. Many of the guns are interesting and some have very unique mechanics. I recommend this to anyone who really enjoy Co-op with friends, need an alternative to MMOs and are ok with shooters, Or enjoy games like Torchlight.
