So you go into the game and stuff happens. AMAZING! You get to buy or make armor and weapons. Yiu even get to suck out a dragon's soul and use it to shout words. Personally, im a defender of dragon rights, so you can join that club too. If you do join that club, your club will only have one member.Then there is running away from yetis, climbing up mountains so people can tell you to shout, and people that tell you to run errands for them. Oh and the errand people end up getting you killed. Then theres bandits and vampires and houses. Wait, houses? Yes, yes my friend, you can actually make tyour own house. Skyrim is a house building simulator too. And a horse riding simulator! You can turn dragons into thomas the tank engine with mods for a more scary experience. 10/10 would not kill dragons again.

If you have a powerful PC, BUY THIS GAME!
If your pc lags with minecraft...I just dont know what to say.

I finally got an upgrade, and with my GTX 1070 I can finally get my sweet 60 fps. So, I have never been much of a minecraft person, and I mean that is sort of the purpose of this game. Its better of coruse with more functionality, but overall not really my type of game. Plus its hard to get the real feeling of how it is supposed to work, I suppose I'll play around with it a bit more before I truly recommend it.

Also, one of the reasons I have avoided playing this game more, is because of the super long time it takes to start the game. Cutting edge graphics card, yet it takes 5 minutes to load into a scene, something just isn't optimized quite right yet.

A rocket powered bathub that nudges a buoyant sofa in a pool which when the water is moved triggers an explosio that causes a car to move down the hill crashing into a broken entity causing your game to crash?

A chair with 300 ultra-speed rockets on it that causes you to glitch out of the map, take Bard's magical journey (LoL reference) to see parts of the map wherre the developers left behind never to be found items?

So many mods that you can drive a flying tank into a building watch it transform into a unicorn with rainbows that suddenly turns the map into a blocky landscape and causes flying cows to rain from the sky?

Well thats garrys mod for you. Do whatever the heck you want.

The game is cool and I really like the skin option. Only problem is that sometimes you leave a game if you have connection issues. Also teaming with other people is a lot harder than in agario, so if you like to solo it, you are in for a good game ;)

Its a cool game, although you would want to buy the dlc edition. DLCs are worth it and you can play on servers that way. I have also tested this on my chromebook running linux. As long as you dont have a crazy amount of AI players it works quite well.

As for the game itself, it is pretty cool and allows you many options as to what you might want to do. Expanding not into conflict between civilizations, but also diplomacy.

I just love this game. I had my doubts at first about being able to score even just one goal, but it all works out perfectly. Good fun, even if you only have a little bit of time to play.

So, I've played this game for the better part of a year now and I feel that I should update this review. Have I changed my mind on the value of this game. Well yes, I actually find it a lot more fun than I sued to. Unlike some games, this is a game that constantly challenges you. You can always get better, there will always be people that are worse than you, just as much as there will always be people that are better than you. You will constantly be challenged, but you also win some of your games with ease and it makes you feel good about yourself again.

In the beginning, hitting the ball seemed hard, sometimes I still miss, but I have gotten better, so have many people, I really see how people that are ranked expert, or veteran perform a lot better in comparison to a rookie, or semipro. You may not feel like you are getting better, you may feel like you are stuck in a bad place, but I assure you, you will get better and you will enjoy your time playing this game.

I don't feel like I have to talk much about graphics for this game, they are bautiful and I have had my fair share of fun creating the many presets for my cars.

But more than anything, I have noticed that in comparison to other online communities, the rocket league community always seems very friendly. Though there is of course the occassional what a save when someone fils to kick away the ball from the goal, it is a lot less toxic than your average online game. Also, the game punishes you a lot less for having to leave, as long as you aren't playing ranked, just leave the game and a bot will take your place until another person can.

Don't get me wrong, I'm pretty bad at this game and thats not entirely why I chose to give this a negative review. My problem is that I get added to matches with 'pro' players (lvl 20-30) against Experts, Masters, Legends, and Rocketeers (Lvl 40+)

I am currently a veteran (lvl 30-40). I realise that I don't play very well at that rank, but getting paired up with people 10 times better than me in every game for the last week has been more than frustrating. While the other team is doing aerials and flying around the map, I'm sitting in goal knowing full well I won't be able to defend a single shot.

There is something satisfying about watching your little army launch cannons at the enemy buildings and amassing an army worthy of Napoleon. A great game with many ways to branch out and play.

Only thing that should be improved is possibly diplomacy. As things are now, you will always be fighting your enemies and they deeply despise your guts. And you cant do anything about it. Good luck and dont die!

A great game with a cool story line and a lot of laughs. Its a PC must-have that runs on any OS. It sometimes references the original Portal, but no prior knowledge is required to play.

Enjoy this game with physics galore.

I have gotta hand it to these people, they know how to make an addicting game. You think its over with a decillion dollars, but how wrong you are. The fun is just beginning ...

I really love this game and probably play it way too much. If you are looking for a time waster and you are into the adventure/sandbox thing this is the game for you.

Even years later, this game is still fun, and its incredible how much the devs give you in the free updates.
