Tons of content and variety makes this the greatest fantasy strategy game on the market right now

Best empire management among all other total wars imo
Battles are pretty fun in their own right too

For a game that released in 2010, Mound and Blade: Warband still appeals to me visually and offers a great combat system and single player full of opportunities that offers a near-endless experience. Would highly reccomend, especially for fans of the Middle-Ages.

Not nearly as buggy as it was before and one of my favourites in the series. Gameplay is great and addicting and doesn't get repetetive. In my opinion, diplomacy and construction of buildings is easier to control and understand in this game compared to previous installments in the series such as Empire and Shogun 2. With the addition of features and improvements such as the ability to transport land troops overseas at a moments notice as well as a friendlier public order system makes this my favourite Total War to date.
