Out almost a month and still no patch to fix the most glaring issues. Several QoL enhancements that are standard for PD2 have been removed from PD3. Honestly its probably because Deep Silver is a trash company. Might alter the review if Starbreeze demonstrates any ability to listen to their supporters. Doubtful.
