Seems like the issue has fixed. Will require more playing to see if the error repeats.

Can't recommend as of 9/8/24.
Soft locked roughly 2 hours in as I cannot proceed into an area as there are no prompts to do so.
The quest 'Cold Call' has many people stuck and unable to progress.

Will change review once issue is sorted.
